Best, Under Appreciated, Bad, and Most Hideous Liveries

The Good

American Airlines: So timeless are the silverbirds.
Australian Airlines : The orange reminds me of the outbck and I like the aboriginal motif on the tail.

The Under Appreciated

Delta Airlines (interim scheme): I always liked this because it seemed so straightforward and to the point. I don't like the new Deltaflot scheme nearly as much (although it's okay).
Olympic Airways: So retro, it's positively cool now!

The Bad

BMI British Midland: Too 'busy' a scheme for me.
Northwest Airlines (new scheme): I miss the bowling shoe, and the old compass, which has been utterly defaced by this scheme.

The Absolutely Hideous

Virgin Blue (Australia): Whoever designed this scheme was high on LSD. It's so bad it defies words.
