I had a complicated trip (for me anyway) that I priced up with Matrix, it was Business Class STO-ZRH(stopover)-SIN-AKL in November and AKL-SIN(stopover)-ZRH(stopover)-STO in April 2020, it was a Singapore ticket/fare but when I tried it with BWM it directed me to Priceline who couldn't book it. I then went to my local independent travel agency who couldn't do it either but then it would appear that I knew a lot more about international flights than he did even though my knowledge is somewhat out of date (worked on ABC World Airways Guide/OAG, IPARS, SASRes, Olympic etc. back in the day) so then I contacted SQ who also said they couldn't book the flights I requested. As a long shot I contacted another UK agent recommended by AGODA who happily booked the trip with no problems and at a price slightly less that than the one Matrix had shown a few days before, all done and dusted on line in about 10 minutes and e-ticket issued 30 minutes after that.
