The hard product is fairly good (YMMV with cleanliness and mechanical condition). You will get an extra few cm in width compared to Y and about 20cm more recline. While the extra space and recline is appreciated, some of it does come at the expense of the person seated behind you (unless you are in the back row of PE, which is my preferred row), and you will definitely notice when the person in front of you is fully reclined. This encroachment is (for me at least) especially noticeable when people in the row behind you grab onto your seatback to hoist themselves out of their seat. One can reclaim a good portion of the space taken by the reclined seat in front by also fully reclining ones own seat, but this is of course not so comfortable if one needs to use the table. There is also an extension on the front of the seat with thigh support and a decent foot rest. There is a fold-away table in the one of the armrests, and you will get your own AC and USB outlets. Because of the lower seat density, overhead storage space is adequate. Overall, the hard product is up to industry standards. The PE cabin is a three-row mini cabin directly behind Door 2, with a hard partition and a curtain in the back to separate from Y and a bulkhead/curtain in front to separate from the galley. If you are on a 787-9 there is an extra lav between PE and C that you will be allowed to use. If you are on a 787-8, the C lavs are all the way in the front by Door 1, and the crew are generally protective of the C cabin and will send you to the back.

The soft product (IME as a regular on TATL routes) varies tremendously and can vary from lovely and attentive to almost non-existent. The catering is essentially the same as in C, except it is all served on one tray instead of in courses. Beverage choices are OK, but sometimes the second round of service for refills does not happen, so do your best to get your fill on the first round.

Overall for me though, the biggest challenge is simply the punctuality of the flights. LOT is already stretched V-E-R-Y thin on it's long-haul service, and with a few machines currently out for RR Trent problems, keeping the schedule together is next to impossible.

International connections in WAW are generally OK, and I find the majority of the time that passport control and transfer security happen quickly. WAW is a nice airport--it is a shame it is reaching capacity and (so I hear) is likely to be replaced eventually.
