Just a warning that even SLT and 3rd ring road aren't immune to the closures in the run up for National Day they. We live just inside the 3rd ring and were delayed almost 30 min at a traffic light in SLT on our way home from the airport on Saturday night due to let what looked like parade traffic through (and that's after our driver avoided the 3rd ring road due to traffic backups as a result of the closures). So while the article Moondog posted is good, just be warned that even though it might not be in a "closure" area the impacts are spreading pretty far during the practice periods.
