There are clear rules in the guarantee regarding the consequences of a breach of such guarantee. The consequence of walking out and getting reimbursed is not any of such consequences. Given that I cannot fully comprehend your view that this should not constitute a problem. The OP is entitled to 10,000 points or one of the other choices stated. This might not be satisfactory it is however the contractual consequence.
