Yes, with the exception of those few checkpoints which are now "live"-linked to air carrier manifests.

For the vast, vast majority of checkpoints, TSA has no way of knowing the status of your flight and could care less. Perhaps absent some tiny outstation where there is only one flight and it has been cancelled (but, there won't be a lounge).

Bottom line is that it is a non issue.

You will know the checkpoints with a live link because they do not require a BP, just an ID.
