Ambassador not getting an upgrade
Looking for a bit of advice - for the first time ever as an Ambassador, I have been denied an upgrade (even though app had it on my booking listed as a suite before check-in)... the hotel is full and I guess they've prioritised cash bookings.
What is reasonable to expect in this scenario? As I am in the hotel now, I am not going to name it yet, but they've offered in effect $50 to spend on F&B... kinda useless to me as the lounge has a pretty decent spread...
