Was on a completely full flight this week. I was in 1D. 3 passengers came on last, one guy in his 20s and his parents, who were told that one had the jump seat at the front and the parents two jump seats at the rear. When I exited the plane I asked if they were ever used since hadn’t seen it before. He said it’s rare and only BA employees, but can’t have been as the parents got two jump seats. What’s the reality here...
