It is easier for senior staff to be aware of each guest in a smaller property than in a larger one. It is easier to have more consistency in interactions in a smaller property because there is no handoff of the person to another staff member. One or two or three staff get a sense of the guest and what the guest likes in terms of service and can execute it. That's much harder when senior staff have hundreds of guests.
