Pay with points, no breakfast?
Apologies if this has been covered in the previous 46 pages. I have read through many of them, searched by key word, etc. but have not found a reference to this:
Recently at a HGI in Connecticut, stay booked with HH points, I was told at check-in “if you are staying with points, you don’t get free breakfast.” I am HH Gold, my status was on the reservation, and I booked via the Hilton.com website, if this makes any difference.
I had not encountered this before when booking with points. Have others had this happen?
