Park Hyatt has a nice rooftop bar called Penthouse, indoor and outdoor. Waldorf Astoria also has 56th floor bar and 57th floor champagne bar, although it’s inside.
Re previous post, Moon Bar and Vertigo are I believe at the Banyan Tree, not the So Sofitel. Hi So is at the So Sofitel and pretty good, lovely views of Lumphini park. Marriott Marquis also has a nice Japanese (Akira) and rooftop bar.

D'oh. You're right, I meant Moon Bar / Vertigo at the Banyan Tree.
Hi So at So Softitel is good too, but not at the same level since it's not 360º views. The park sure is pretty though.
The Marriott Marquis' gin rooftop bar has wonderful drinks, but the layout, views, and vibe don't quite match the better ones IMO. It's not 360º ether and obscured by some buildings.
