Yesterday my wife boarded in DUB, went to the front when GS was called and was yelled at by the long time waiting at the front of line louse
who was clearly unhappy about the situation, to a point he ended up calling her a"B**th" for queue jumping.Wife asked GA to explain to the clown
the boarding process but agent was not particularly helpful , and the "gentleman" muttered the comment several times. I am not only disappointed
at the UA but at my fellow "men" for not stepping up in the situation. This is the second time she has been fouled mouthed for following process
by the over entitled ,under statused. My hope is that one day I will be 5 steps behind her if this happens. It will be worth taking a later flight on possibly a different
airline to re calibrate such a person
