This was BA487 BCN-LHR, cancelled on 25th August. BA have paid out on duty of care due to an overnight delay, but are refusing EU261 on the grounds that the cancellation was caused by industrial action (total nonsense because this was well before the strike). I want to find out the real reason before I go back to them again in writing.
What about these strikes? https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/brit...rikes-bcn.html
