Why would you want a "snack" (however defined) at 3 or 4pm? Do you normally have a "snack" at that time?

I'm probably outside the 'norm' on this issue but I've never understood the fixation that a lot of people seem to have that, every time they get on an airplane, they must be fed. Why?

If you believe that not getting a "snack" on a 2hour 31minute flight, scheduled for 3pm, is worth complaining about, go ahead. Frankly, if I was the AA person receiving the complaint, I'd just "file" it.
