Would appreciate advice on the following question:

Will have layovers between a KL long-haul and an AR short-haul connecting flight and between two AR domestic flights. Is it possible to get to the lounge in these scenarios and do I get access as Skyteam Elite Plus (DL Plat)? (by the book I should at least have access after the long-haul, if I am not mistaken)
