There are two promotional room rates which are supposed to end today and 27 Sep respectively.
The Sep 27 link was shared by IHG Corporate while Sep 24 link was via their IHG website.

Rooms rates were available yesterday night but this morning (SGT time), these rates do not appear. Checked with IHG Corporate via FB, and was told the usual script that rooms are limited and may have sold out. But strangely I randomly searched for different cities hotels and different rates and non of these rates are shown as available. It is strange that the rooms are available in abundance last night and all disappear this morning for various hotels.

Lesson learnt: Never procrastinate. I was trying to firm up my air tickets and right now the promotional room rates are not available. I just wish that their marketing materials should be more transparent and less misleading.
