There's a ton of amazing rooftop bars in BKK. The Surawongse's is quite nice, but probably not the most memorable. Moon bar at the So Sofitel Banyan Tree is probably the best, and Ozone at Soi57 Marriott is quite cool too.

Whatever you do, do not go to Skybar at Lebua, it's absolutely awful.
