Only issue is all hotel booking is done through my company's account with SAP Concur. I noticed there was some way to integrate Concur with your Hyatt account, but the version of Concur we use is not eligible. My question, then, is will I get elite nights (and points, though in this case the elite nights are more important), even if I book through Concur? I know if you use Expedia etc. you can't count on this, but what about business travelers? Can they link their account to their reservation? Is it done on a case by case basis? Thanks!
The question here is not really if it is booked through Concur or not, but what arrangements have been made regarding the corporate code that will be used for your company bookings.
I suggest creating a booking on hyatt.com using the corporate code, and in the e-mail confirmation you will see if the rate is eligible to earn night credit and points. If you do not know the corporate rate, then make a booking on Concur and check in your WoH account what code has been used for that reservation. Then make a new booking on hyatt.com with the corporate code and trigger a confirmation mail.
