Looks reasonably promising, especially on the outbound. If those happen to be mid-week, that'll help quite a bit. Holidays -- you said T-3 months earlier -- can be hit or miss for upgrades; on the one hand, business travel is down, but on the other hand, airlines seem to be doing a better job marketing those seats to (paid) leisure travelers than was once the case.

It doesn't seem to happen as regularly as it did before, but it certainly won't hurt to check from time-to-time.
