I saw a place on Business 20 (Lake St I think), 4-5 miles east of I-90, called the BBQ Co-op, sign advertised ribs and chicken. I was doing 60 when I drove past at night awhile ago, it was closed but looks like it could be a fun outdoor BBQ spot.

On Monday I was going by and it was open. Had the pulled pork sandwich which was so-so, just not a lot of flavor from a meat that should pack flavor.

BABY BACK RIBS WERE GREAT! Very good smoked flavor, meaty w/o the boiled falling off the bone effect, nice sauce but a sauce that was more of a compliment to the great meat rather than being overpowering. These babys compared to Barbara Ann's on the S. Side of Chicago.
