BA has unified at least the U.S. and Canadian programmes under EC North America. You might want to search the archives in the 1st half of last year for relevant threads. Upgrades are permitted but only one class, so it's discounted EC=> EC+, full fare EC/EC+ => BC, etc. Awards are available ex-N. Am. or ex-U.K.
