Legally or realistically?

My two cents worth says no problem. You are a "business" and need to buy stuff.

On a related note - most business cards actually say they are only to be used for BUSINESS EXPENSES. In reality, nobody cares. Buy stuff. Charge stuff. Pay the bills. Everybody is happy. Could they make a legal case of fraud? Probably. Do most people care or worry? Nope.

My Costco card still has my business name that I sold 11 years ago. Nobody cares.
