To be clear, one need not submit anything. One may simply be asked to substantiate the existence of an operating business. Presuming that you have one, this need not be a Fortune 500 company, it just needs to be a business.
Do not use your employer's data. But, do make certain that your new employer really is financially sound. If you are putting significant expenses on a card for which you are personally responsible and the business goes belly up, you are still on the hook and won't get reimbursed any time soon, if at all.
