Just had the opposite occur. I booked a ticket online for October and when the confirmation came through, my daughter's last name was repeated on the ticket. I immediately called the US number, which was closed, and was transferred to the main office. The agent looked up the PNR and saw the problem, sent it to the back office, and said the ticket will be reissued in a day or two. Total call time, under 5 minutes. I have not seen the re-ticket, but was pretty pleased with the encounter
