Any card issuers will likely to ask you the following for a business card:

- SSN/EIN
- Company name
- Revenue
- Address

Also - you should ensure that you have something to substantiate the existence of the purported business just in case. At the minimum (for most people who claim sole proprietorship/self-employed), you will need Form 1040 Schedule C/C-EZ.

You will have to ask the person-in-charge for permission, because even an owner may not necessarily make you entitling a business card.
