EF flight status will give you gate numbers for the past week. I think that BA12 is now usually at Terminal 1 gate D46. BA16 is usually at a T1 C gate, but this has been more variable whenever I've looked.

The BA and QF lounges are in the crosspiece of T1 between the C and D concourses, up one level from the shops.
