If you do this, be prepared for Chase to ask what your EIN number is and for a copy of your DBA paperwork. What many people have gotten to work is applying as a sole proprietership, using their own SSN, first name and last name for business name, and buying selling things on ebay as what their business is. Chase is pretty lenient as to what constitutes eligibility for a business card.
