Are both pools open for guests to watch the race or they are closed and require a paid ticket to enter? If you could share some pics on how the setup looks like it would be appreciated! Thanks.
If you are staying at the hotel you can view from the 6th floor balcony next to the pool. They are severing food/drink for an additional charge. The 18th floor pool is closed for a private event, which you can get into for 100-200 SGD.
