Only other comment - as a plat I had to ask 3 different people 3 separate times about a late 4 pm check out before getting it. Even then, I got a call in my room at 3 pm asking if I had another reservation for the night or if I planned to check out that day. I found that rude and told the person so. As I walked out of the hotel at 3:30 I asked the lobby folks if any of them had called my room - they all said no. So I'm guessing the back office dealing with reservations (the proverbial left hand) didn't know the front desk/lobby (right hand) had granted me a late 4 pm check out.
