Do you fly Star Alliance when you try to use your card? If you are not flying with a star alliance carrier then your boarding pass won’t show your status and your elite card will be useless.
I do fly with star alliance, this time with United.
I see Premier access on my boarding pass. As far as I remember, she tried scanning the boarding pass as well.
