I agree that what you were served on the 11:30 flight was lunch....flying through the meal window (12-1:30), in addition to the flight length, also qualifies for receiving a meal, and that is indeed what this flight does.

As to the snack service, it is probably not offered because this particular market is almost certainly considered "low yield."
