Hi all

I have Miles&Smiles Elite card (=*A Gold card). I use the Turkish Airlines' mobile app to show my Gold card when I go to lounges and fast tracks. The issue is that this card(QR code) doesn't work. I mean, I tried it in Brussels airport to access to fast track security control, didn't work. The lady let me in after checking my passport and my gold card. I have just tried it to get into United Airlines lounge, didn't work as well. The lady did the same checks and let me in. Anybody else having the same issue?
