Not for me. Our package include roundtrip transfer with out recent stay at Crillion. They helped with luggage on arrival but the driver didn't help with luggage on departure. The driver just stood there while watching us unload the luggages ourselves ( mind you very heavy) when we got to the airport even after we had stared at the driver. Not to mention, they were also trying to charge us for the transfer which I view as a scam until we complaint. To us, service is the number one priority when we stay in a luxury hotel which Crillion failed miserably ..
