Just checked the next flights to ATL within the next two weeks and the only flight that seems to have 2 awards available (for 2 F seats left) is the next Tuesday ICN-ATL one... Seems like demand is high for this route.
Indeed if KE think they can revenue sell those F seats, or overbook J and upgrade the pax, they are not going to release F awards. However they do tend release more so it's worth keeping an eye out!
