Does anyone have an update on this recently?!? I tweeted but my FA pointed out they used to receive an email recognizing them based on that but no longer do. Being a FA they have a job that isn’t seen by their manager, how do I get them the feedback that has the most impact on their job performance (I really just want to extra-laud the superior performers!!!)
