On Chinese language forums for HK and Taiwan, I rarely see Hilton being mentioned.
The Keio is a well-known tour group hotel, and they have built a huge business from Chinese-speaking tour groups. That doesn't mean it's preferred, or even more importantly, that you want to stay there. Precisely for that reason. It can be like Shinjuku Station at rush hour if you get the timing wrong. The Keio was an outstanding hotel, oh maybe, 30 years ago. Not the case now. Except for Kyubei, it's best to pass, even if it's closer to the station.
