I also made sure to not associate my flying blue with my ticket. And when I checked in I made sure to have the AF employee check that my Skymiles number was in there.
My husband flew with me and was credited his Skymiles for the entire trip. So I know that they were put in the system as I did both of ours at the same time.
I was given my skymiles for the first portion of the trip as well. Just not the return. It doesn’t make sense.
The last email from AF was them requesting my boarding pass. I have responded to that email 5 times now with no response.
I am just dumbfounded how they cant simply remove these miles from my account and disassociate my AF number. I guess my next move will be to contact Delta as they are much better with customer service.
I feel your frustration. I was in business class as well, and instead of earning around 33,000 MQM and 54,000 RDM I ended up getting 7,000 flying blue miles and silver status.
I will keep you posted, though I am assuming this is going to take some time and effort on my part to resolve.
