Hilton is a bit farther and might be easy to get lost if you walk, mostly above ground only. There is free shuttle bus service to/from the station.

Keio is the favorite among pleasure visitors.
Agree that you have a bit long walk to the Shinjuku Train Station, however the Hilton is accessible via underground passageway to the Nishi-Shinjuku station (Marunouchi line). a 5-min walk either under or above ground for me.
