With the OTA's coming up with the information copied from ITA, I am not able to determine the booking class - and I do need it to be specifically in the booking class.
I can tell you that in many cases it will not be the same fare classes. Some of the OTA's 'dumb down' the request to match the fare cost. Often Premium Economy fares are demoted to simple ECONOMY fare classes. Also, in the case of many Y-Up fares, ITA may display a Business Class fare (say I) but then passing through the url structure to the OTA results in a base ECONOMY fare class without the I Class upgrade. Although at times, it does pass through properly.
I have a lot of experience with this and FlightNetwork will often do whatever they want with the request.
Neither FlightNetwork nor Priceline (the two most common Book with Matrix extensions) show fare class on the itinerary. You would have to book and then look at your e-ticket's itinerary from the carrier.
