Could you have an old AF or FB FF number stored in the profile for your AmEx card? Especially if you've used PTS/CTS in the past when you might have purchased an AF ticket from them, this might be the source of that stray FF number.
I did make sure that no FFP info was in my amex profile that appears when booking a ticket, but maybe it is stored elsewhere? Or maybe they pulled it from the past? (I did have my FB info in AF field, but I removed it several months before booking the ticket to try to avoid this situation.)
