That was smart to ask for it in wirting t be faxed/sent to you. But, the agent actually told you to go look on AA.com yourself? Why could she not do that for you? I doubt somethien this complicated is on aa.com. As far as I am concerned, if they cannot give me their policies in writing then how can they enforce them etc...Let us know how it goes.
