LOT is a difficult airline to deal with for very many reasons...
I followed all the guidelines and rules but they want to pay only 50% for what I needed to spend while my luggage was missing for 8 days due to their wrongdoings and lack of responsibility!
Finally I spoke to a friend of mine who is a lawyer so as the last resort I will sue them as it is very cheap to bring it up to the court which will cost them to pay for a barrister significantly much more than what they supposed to pay me and also I will publish everything on social media to make them even more happy!
