*G gets 3 bags North America / Canada to Japan -- +1 over the non-status customer (economy)
but change the destination to PEK or PVG and just two bags for non-status AND *G, third bag 200CAD

I was absolutely shocked how I was treated by the UA manager. He literally made fun of my accent in front of his colleagues and called me stupid. How is that even allowed? Not sure if its common for united, but I have never experienced this before. Any idea where I can file a formal complaint about the incidence?
