Keio is much closer to the station, walk-able via underground passage with moving walkway (direction subject to rush hour pattern), and of course above ground, straight line from the station.

Hilton is a bit farther and might be easy to get lost if you walk, mostly above ground only. There is free shuttle bus service to/from the station.

Keio is the favorite among pleasure visitors.
