I do not know if you were successful since your post but I just did a transfer now and the miles were transferred immediately and are in the new account already. Additionally there is an offer of 10% discount till end of September, i.e. 1000 miles for EUR 9 instead of 10. So there seems to be no problem with the system at the moment.

I tried 2 times more... and still nothing.... now I have information:
"Apologies, we are currently unable to process your payment.
Please try again later."
and socond time:
"com.loylogic.loyconnect.webservice.exceptions.Pro gramWebServiceException: Other unmapped error"
But, money from 2 other cards was taken of course ....... . any idea what it's wrong?
