The thing about not giving your name to the hotel until 24 hours is very strange to me. Anyone know why that might be?
I believe I have seen similar language on hotels.com. I think this covers a theoretical situation where the agency has booked a certain number of rooms but does not provide the name of the guest until close to check-in. I wouldn't worry about it.
