Oh dear!
This was a really bad idea. You can check your flights online on the AF website, using just the PNR and surname, without having to sign in or without having to join Flying Blue.
You should NEVER even tangentially associate a flight booking/reservation with another FFP account -as you did by using the app - because this is the logical conclusion of such an interaction.
If Flying Blue has shown no interest in refunding the miles (you say they "no longer respond" to emails. What did they say in the emails?) I think you are kind of stuck.
Please take this as a warning, anyone that is reading this - NEVER associate any other FFP number with any booking. NEVER join a Frequent Flyer Programme to do something as banal as "monitor" a flight.
It is asking for trouble.
