Hello-
I recently flew from LAX to NCE and back with my husband. I entered our Skymiles account information for our mileage credit. They credited my husband for all flights. However, they gave me Skymiles credit for the first half only and then credited my Flying Blue account for the second half. (I only signed up for Flying Blue to use the app during our trip to monitor our flights).
All of these miles should have been credited to my Delta account, and this was a mistake made by Air France.
I have had no luck contacting Air France. On the phone they said I need to email customer service. After emailing customer service for several days, I am no longer getting a response. I tried the chat feature but was told once miles are credited, they cannot remove them.
This is a substantial amount of miles (11,000 Skymiles) that I am missing out on.
Has anyone dealt with this before and can help point me in the direction of how to get this rectified?
