I recently completed a HNL-KEF/YUL-HNL Everyday Award trip in J/F. It was booked long ago, and priced out at 260k miles (can't recall exactly, but I recall 4 cpm as the redemption rate).

I just looked at comparable flights for next year, which currently price at 365K for a $6400 flight (2.78 cpm)
