Starwood posted the child policy clearly for most properties, e.g. "12 and under free in existing bedding." No guessing required. For some reason Marriott decided they should remove that information. Compound that with removing email contact info for the hotel, and you have even more frustration.
This (potentially) fixed IT bug helps somewhat, but why does Marriott refuse to provide some basic information about the hotels???
